Got new carpeting and I had to remove all furniture. Stereo was disconnected and speakers disassembled. I bought a new DVD player and Jake from Geek squad came to my rescue and put everything back together again minus all the cords. He installed one cord that took care of everything! Yeah!!

Had a Tv installed and also wanted my audio connected to the sound bar. Geek Squad tech performed the job in a snap. Also tested and adjusted the sound so it worked perfectly with the TV remote. Well worth the price and highly recommended service.

The tech removed the tv from the wall mount, took off the bad sound bar and replaced it with a new sound bar. The interaction was great and we now have quality sound once again on our lanai.

The installation went fine. The rear surround sound speakers do not seem to work. The wifi was not connected to my smart phone and the functions were not explained on the remote or the lights in front of the soundbar. They just seemed to be in a hurry.

Two Geek Squad reps came to install our tv and sound bar. They did a great job, explained everything and answered all our questions. They were respectful of social distancing and considerate of our concerns. Overall it was an excellent experience.
