Geek Squad (Mike) did a great job setting up my Sonos speakers.

Alex, from the squad, was on schedule and patiently explained the setup of my new Bose sound bar. He even set up my DVD player, as well. He was super efficient, made appropriate suggestions and had a great attitude. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the product.

The guys that installed my 77inch TV did a GREAT job! They called ahead and let me know when they would arrive. Put their boots on and wore masks. They were very knowledgeable and got a plan as to what had to be done. They explained the new TV and listened to my concerns and walked me though everything. Their workmanship was very good. The agents were fast and professional and very helpful on how to use the remotes and got the TV set up on the wall quickly and saved my back! They also interconnected all the remotes and were very courteous and cleaned up any mess they made, Kudos guys!!!

Frank and Barney in Madison MS do the absolute best install jobs. They put my 75 in mount up previously and then installed both the sound bar and subwoofer. There was a modification to the mantle that they handled flawlessly. Great people who do a terrific job.

The agent hooked up my two devices, and programmed the remote control, and answered all my questions (even one about another device). He was very friendly and efficient.

The agent fixed the issue with my sound bar and tv needing 2 different remotes. That was great but after they left I shut off the tv and when I turned it back on now the sound is off until I turn it up.
