SUPER! We have a 2-year plan with the Samsung QN90C TV we bought from Best Buy. We called because the Samsung soundbar we got from BB wasn't pairing well. BUT it did pair. Tyson, from the Geek Squad, spent 5 minutes here. Didn't need to do much. Just checked things, which was fine. He CANCELED the appointment. It was VERY MUCH appreciated. A BIG THANKS for the honesty of the Geek Squad.

The Geek techs connected all my old stereo speakers receiver, and CD player with brand new wiring in my tight office environment. The sound quality is the same or better than it was 20 years ago! Thank you to the super polite and efficient Geek Squad!

Gregory and Patrick were fantastic. Really took their time and explaining issues. Unfortunately after they left I noticed subwoofer was not producing sound.

The guys set up my new audio system quickly and efficiently. I really couldn’t have done it all in twice the time. So many connections to be made between TV. , DVD, Satellite, gaming systems and Alexa. Well worth the money to set it up correctly!

The sound bar was working excellently, but I don't feel I'm getting its full benefit. Need a bit more instruction. The upgrade to smart technology is all new to me.

The TV didn't have a required port and the installers connected it thru blue tooth. no wires perfect
