This soundbar is much better than the 2 way bar. This I understand has 3 part sound. We wear hearing aids and this really helps divide the voice sound out so we can understand them. I rarely give excellent because nothing is perfect.

The agents connected a sound bar to my TV set up in my basement and set up my new stereo system with a turntable in my living room/ dining room. They quick and clean. Also took the time to explain how to operate everything.

The Geek Squad agents who came to my house were great. Getting through the telephone agents was a nightmare. Transferred to 14 different agents and four dropped calls before I got to someone who never even answered my question. Eventually just gave up and scheduled an appointment for a service call. Five stars to the Geek Squad agents One star to the telephone agents. If you need help I would recommend you just go directly to the store and talk to a real person.

We have an older Sony home theater surround sound system. The installation technician, Dave Thomas, was able to connect our new 4K TV to it and it sounds GREAT! He even deactivated the sound control on the TV so that the DirecTV remote controls the volume on the home theater amplifier.

They mounted my T Vand surround system quickly. The TV was mounted nicely on the wall with no cables visible. The surround system is mounted on our ceiling. So far It is working beautiful and I like how it sounds. Thank you Geek Squad.

This was not a soundbar set call it was why doesn't the new Samsung Q85 TV not recognized the existing Samsung soundbar on the HDMI port? The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were unable to diagnose the TV's issue but stated they had seen the issue before. They explained the only option was to connect the soundbar using the digital optical output. The new connection is working satisfactorily. I do not understand why the TV's HDMI port was not working. I recommend the Geek Squad.

My soundbar stopped working, and both it and my TV are about 10 years old. I bought a new one to have on hand in case the old one was hopeless. Steven arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, installed the new soundbar, set up my remote, and took away the old soundbar. He also gave advice on what equipment might work best for me once I'm ready for a new TV.
