    Techs are always great and have the skills to correctly hook up my 7.1 surround sound system. I didn’t have the skill to get it right but after tech support hooked up my sounds are knocking pictures off the wall!

    They reconnected the sound bar that had fallen. It took about 20 minutes but 2 of them to lift the TV and get behind it. The prior agent on the phone was very helpful.

    We had a Geek Squad Tech connect the Vizio Sound Bar to our Vizio Flat Screen TV. Much richer sound and we don't have to have the volume set as loud as before.

    Team was great in explaining set up, best position, measurement and viewing angles. Gave their input for best quality production of home theatre set up to maximize sound, video and experience. Def recommend the team for future installs.

    The tech, Josh, was on time, very knowlegable and patient in helping me understand how to use the various parts of the system. He took time to explain what and why he was doing different things. I appreciated his checking out that every thing worked correctly.

    The Geeks were very professional. Arrived with masks, gloves and shoe covers. Replaced 1 TV,, replaced remotes and hooked the surround systems. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have had them back since then.

    The TV didn't have a required port and the installers connected it thru blue tooth. no wires perfect

    The agent (Arthur) rerouted my Roku and connected all my speakers. Then connected everything to my Roku remote. Absolutely wonderful!

    SUPER! We have a 2-year plan with the Samsung QN90C TV we bought from Best Buy. We called because the Samsung soundbar we got from BB wasn't pairing well. BUT it did pair. Tyson, from the Geek Squad, spent 5 minutes here. Didn't need to do much. Just checked things, which was fine. He CANCELED the appointment. It was VERY MUCH appreciated. A BIG THANKS for the honesty of the Geek Squad.

    absolutely useless.... We'd already connected our tv and soundbars, but couldn't get the settings to work properly. But they showed up and said all they would do is connect the system. They couldn't do anything with the settings/configuration. When I said that isn't what I signed up and paid for, they told me that the $4,000 system we bought (which was put together by the store expert) was incompatible. Been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and have been bounced around to 7 different people....

    Even though I opted out of having my old surround sound connected the geeks helped me connect my sound bar. Gracious and informative geeks. Great sound for movies with a Vizio sound bar which is quite inexpensive.

    Was having a problem connecting headphones called geek squad they arrived on time and they showed me what to do. Reviewed different options. When they left I was connected and happy.

    Diagnosed Samsung TV's HDMI eARC issue

    This was not a soundbar set call it was why doesn't the new Samsung Q85 TV not recognized the existing Samsung soundbar on the HDMI port? The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were unable to diagnose the TV's issue but stated they had seen the issue before. They explained the only option was to connect the soundbar using the digital optical output. The new connection is working satisfactorily. I do not understand why the TV's HDMI port was not working. I recommend the Geek Squad.
