Agents were pleasant and knew exactly what was needed to get my sound bar working!!

The Squad did an excellent job of hooking our sound bar to our TV. They were on time, cleaned up the work space and explained what they were doing and gave instructions for use. They were very professional.

i am hard of hearing. i got the sound bar thinking i would be able to hear better and clearer. i like the sround sound very much.i am just to hard of hearing. is there any adjustment for claraty?

The agents hooked up the sound bar and subwoofer and checked to make sure it worked correctly. They also took the time to show us the app and how to use it.

Makes the sound so much better. I hooked it up to the 3D audio of my PS5 and it's amazing what the sound bar sounds like, footsteps from behind. Great for horror games as well as FPSs.

Recently switched from DirecTV to streaming content using the Roku device. Set up was easy with the exception of having the remote control the Sound Bar volume. The Geek Squad representative was able to resolve the issue and everything works great.

Just bought a new build home. The squad had to run wires through channels in the wall for my home theater. They were polite and went right to work. Cleaned up after themselves. I also had a washer dryer, refrigerator installed. They were also awesome!
