The first technician did not finish the job (said that Best Buy does not allow Geek Squad personnel to stay past 9 pm), and promised to return three days later. He did not. A second crew was sent out and the job was finished and done right.

The agent was very knowledgeable and helped me connect all of my devices and TV apps to the TV, including the sound bar. The only thing I forgot to ask him was how to adjust the sound levels on the sound bar. I bought the sound bar hoping it would take care of the echo effect I heard on my old TV, but I am still hearing certain sounds in the background, especially a lot of bass and drum sounds. I will come in to Best Buy and have someone show me how to use the remote to adjusr the sound.

The installers mounted my television, set it up for us, connected all of our items and tested each one out.

The 2 techs (Bree n Greg), were very professional , and courteous. They answered my questions as they went along with the set up. The did a great job, totally cleaned up after the project was done.

My soundbar stopped working, and both it and my TV are about 10 years old. I bought a new one to have on hand in case the old one was hopeless. Steven arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, installed the new soundbar, set up my remote, and took away the old soundbar. He also gave advice on what equipment might work best for me once I'm ready for a new TV.

The job went much more swiftly than if I was doing it. All items in my system connected for ease of use.

I wish I could do what these guys do. I'm pretty good at electronics, but they are so much better at evaluating where to place and how to connect a sound system that it's not even worth trying all that myself. Definitely worth the money.

Awesome Job installing sound bar and sub woofer. Even showed me how to sign in for programs.

Didn't detail the various options on sound. Sound bar has delay in voice in some settings compared to video. Certain settings better for music. No manual. No information online.

You get more than a basic setup! The service is great! They were knowledgeable and the install looked awesome. All the wires were hidden and my surround sound sounded awesome! They even gave me a display of what my system can do.

agent re-located audio receivers to enable one to be able to paly in dual zones which did not work. also subwoofer produces loud humming noise with and without having receiver on. Overall the setup was very satisfactory.
