We love our sound bar. We don't really understand how they work or if we've got it tuned in correctly.

First off geek squad didn’t install, 3rd party installed my receiver. This gentleman was very helpful explained how to use it. Even offered if I had any questions later to call him. Overall did a great job very professional!

They installed my 75” TV and hooked up my Bose sound bar. Now we can feel like we are at the movies.

The Visio sound bar was connected and setup without any problems. The Geek Squad even had good acvice on where to mount the subwoffer for best sound.

Although I tried to do this myself I did not succeed. In home serup was done quickly and took me from 3 remotes to 1.

I was very impressed with the experience with the “at home” service of Geek Squad I recommend it. I also found that it was less expensive than I realized...which was a pleasant surprise.

The agent connected my sound bar and explained what he was doing and why. He also gave instructions on how to use the remote with my tv and sound bar using only one remote.

I did have a problem. The sound bar quit, no sound. I unplugged the fiber optic lead and plugged it back in after fiddling with other settings. It suddenly began to work again.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the sound bar along with my new TV, explaining the components and how to control volume and bass levels. Valuable service!

I was so glad that I purchased this Geek Squad Home Audio Installation Package. I had intended to reuse my old Panasonic Subwoofer with my newly-purchased Sony Home Theater Receiver. The Geek Squad Audio Setup Professional pointed out that I couldn't reuse my old Panasonic Subwoofer with the Sony unit because the old unit didn't have a built-in amp. The old Subwoofer was a passive system, requiring the amp supplied by the old Panasonic Home Theater System. I never would have known this, and I would have been so frustrated if I'd tried to set up the new system myself. We went back to Best Buy and I bought a new Sony Subwoofer, which included its own built-in amp. Thanks!

Improved sound and better viewing experience. Sounds are deeper. Techs were great saw I had failed to order a mount kit and brought one with them.
