First off geek squad didn’t install, 3rd party installed my receiver. This gentleman was very helpful explained how to use it. Even offered if I had any questions later to call him. Overall did a great job very professional!

I did have a problem. The sound bar quit, no sound. I unplugged the fiber optic lead and plugged it back in after fiddling with other settings. It suddenly began to work again.

I was so glad that I purchased this Geek Squad Home Audio Installation Package. I had intended to reuse my old Panasonic Subwoofer with my newly-purchased Sony Home Theater Receiver. The Geek Squad Audio Setup Professional pointed out that I couldn't reuse my old Panasonic Subwoofer with the Sony unit because the old unit didn't have a built-in amp. The old Subwoofer was a passive system, requiring the amp supplied by the old Panasonic Home Theater System. I never would have known this, and I would have been so frustrated if I'd tried to set up the new system myself. We went back to Best Buy and I bought a new Sony Subwoofer, which included its own built-in amp. Thanks!

WERE EXTREMELY POLITE . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD - IN ADDITION THEY WORE PPE DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS WHICH IS MUCH APPRECIATED
