The agents connected my soundbar and set it up to my personnel taste. Works with your iphone, totally awesome!! The agents know all the extra tips to get you connected.

Geek Squad tech, Cameron, was outstanding (!!!!) with the install, even came back when the soundbar wouldn't work and fixed the issue.

Daryl and Domenic were spectacular! They are very professional and knowledgable in their job! They took their time in mounting our 2 tvs and cleaning up after the project was done. I will always request them in my home for any future projects. My husband and I can not express how grateful we are for the 2 of them and how patient they were with our decision making.

No guesswork required when the Geeksquad installs new products. Our in-house Audio receiver died and the Geeksquad was able to install our new replacement and get it working. They had a challenge, but succeeded and it works great!

Installed new home theater sound system and integrated it into the other devices. Fast, efficient, respectful of the space. Walked us through operation and customized it to our needs.

We had a 2 item install that day, replacement of wall mount and sound bar install. I did over hear the tech stating one screw on the sound bar didn’t match up so he left it out! Coming off of shoulder surgery, the wife helped me and we were able to line it up without much difficulty and installed the missing screw. , overall they were on time and professional.

Carlos was outstanding. With the mess of wires behind my TV, I did not have the expertise to install. Having the Geek Squad install this was definitely a great stress free installation.
