I purchased the sound bar connect to hook up my new av-reciver to my new 75" tv. After they install the tv mount it on the wall ran the HDMI to our system they went over how to turn on my new gear.
The set up was that easy made sure that after they left I knew how to turn it on use the products and best overall went over it a few times just to make sure I understood the new equipment that I now have in my family room.
We did a room calibration test for my 5.2 home theater and I was very excited to be able to watch movies and game on our new home theater.

If you are referring to Michael Ivy, I would award this man 13 stars. Instead of installing a new sound bar and TV, he fixed our old one -- which is what I wanted done in the first place. THEN he volunteered to follow up to be sure we received a refund. Way, way beyond what we expected!!

The Geek Squad workers set up our TV from right out of the box. They also installed speakers in the wall (3) and ceiling (2) and set up the components with our new receiver and 4K Blue-ray DVD player. They showed us how to use the remotes (we didn't get a universal remote this time around) and how to turn on, turn off, and navigate through the menus. Everything was set up before they left so that we felt confident we knew how to run everything. This is the second time over the years that we have used the Geek Squad to set up a home theater. Both times we had a great experience with them.

The man was patient and understanding with me. I did not hear him call my phone because it was charging in another room. He came back later to install.
I will say, though, that he was reluctant to move all the equipment where it should be because it meant taking the straps off the wires that were already there, and restrapping them. Eventually, he decided to do it because there was no other way around it. He did not show us how to work the remote.
