The technicians connected my new TV to my existing sound system. Everything was done correctly.

I was impressed they came out on a Sunday. Easy to work with but I think they were more used to setting up appliances than a sound system. Got everything figured out in about an hour so I was happy.

Geek Squad pot my wall mount in place... mounted my Television. And hooked up my sound car and then made sure I knew how to operate everything. Thank you Geek Squad!

I bought this soundbar along with a new 85 inch tv. It really makes it a true theater experience! I highly recommend purchasing this soundbar set.

I volunteered to help with the one wire that connected the back speakers was told that, if you pay for a service, you shouldn't have to help. It was a great experience!

Geek Squad Agents mounted and installed our 55" TV and connected the sound bar (optical cable makes this easy). They were friendly, informative and efficient. They completely cleaned up after they were done- floor (pieces and dust), wiped TV down, and removed all trash and boxes. They made sure to inform us of controller use and tv operating system settings and acclimated us to the overall tv system and sound bar functions. They answered all of our questions and it was well worth paying to have them professionally mount and adjust the tv and system.

Great job same as TV install both installed at the same time was not actually geek squad but outsourced couldn’t be more pleased

hey what can you say... the Geek squad guys brought my TV to my door, installed it on the wall and even connected my sound bar to my set. I mean they did it all and all I had to do was watch... THEY ARE GREAT! Oh ya... they even connected my Roku box to the tv too and were here less than an hour or so. I use the Geek Squad every time I need help with my computers and they have even helped me with wifi problems so if you aren't a member yet you really need to join the Geek Squad!!!

Awesome sound bar. We're used listening to the speakers that are in tv's. The guys who came setup everything and did an awesome job

The agent installed my sound bar and also helped me with another problem. I couldn't access the Starz icon. HNe also updated the method for using the DVD player. I was very satisfied.

They not only installed the DVD/CD player but answered my questions regarding the rest of my system in a clear, concise and friendly way. Great Job!!!
