The technician connected the soundbar to my tv. I needed his service, because I needed to control the volume from the app on my phone. My remote did not support the soundbar. I would never have figured that out on my own. The $100 charge was worth every cent!

I have a new 4k tv purchase that I intended to synch with my Bose Sound dock, which is roughly 4 years old. I had been having some difficulty in activating my sound dock with my prior tv, which had been damaged during an electrical storm that gripped my area and was concerned the system was fried. However, the Geek Squad techs were able to reboot the system and sych the sound dock with my new tv, and since then, has been working perfectly. The Geek Squad technicians were very prompt, efficient and helpful as they troubleshot the device, and through their help I was able to save hundreds due to not needing to purchase a new sound bar to replace my current one!

The In-home sales manager & installers were phenomenal! Matt Kelly (In-home sales manager), & Chris, Connor, Cardell, & Yadi, (installers), were polite, efficient, accommodating, quick, knowledgeable, & friendly. They took pride in their work, a rare quality to find in recent times, & made sure that we, the customer, were completely satisfied & comfortable using the products, before leaving.
