Art from Geek Squad hooked up my sound bar which I didn't expect. Explained I would get better sound from sound bar then from the TV. He was right, of course.

They fixed a wire issue when adding my sonos bar and set up to my phone app so all my sonos speakers can be managed via my iPhone. Courteous and friendly.

One of the best service experiences I've ever had. If the two technicians assigned to my service call for Audio system and TV set up are any indication of the employees at Geek Squad, I'd say they have a winner. They were professional and courteous as would be expected, but they also clearly explained any questions I had about the set up and use of the system so I was able to write my notes to use for reference after they departed. I feel confident that I now understand how I can fully utilize the equipment I have and enjoy it for many years to come.

Jim set up our new sound bar and had to come back because sound bar had to be returned because it was not working. Then he had to come back and set up new one he was very helpful with all my questions.Hw made sure very was hooked up and working be he left

This was done at the same time as they set up our new TV. They went through all the steps with us and explained what they were doing and answered all our questions along the way. They took their time to make sure we understood. The is was one of the best experiences we have ever had with service technicians.
