We love the Geek Squad guys who set up our soundbar. They are so good at what they do and gave us good advice on many things we have bought. They taught us how to stream and always answer every question we may have about technical stuff. They are also very polite and tell us our questions are good so we don't feel so dumb.

The team connected our new soundbar to our tv and answered all of our questions about its operation and where to find trouble shooting information if needed. The members of the team were courteous and very efficient. This was our first time using the Geek Squad. We will not hesitate to do so in the future!

I’m not tec savvy. The thought of having to carry in all my new equipment and set it scared the dickens out of me. I didn’t have to worry because the Geek Squad did it all. They brought everything in and hooked all the old equipment placed the new equipment where I wanted it and hooked it all up. They made sure all the remotes were working even my cable remote. Then made sure I knew how to use everything. A new TV, sound bar and Blu-ray/DVD player. Everything I needed for a movie night with friends. And I only had to make the popcorn. The Geek Squad did the rest.

Extra points given for being very nice and helpful and wearing shoe covers. Points taken away for not double checking to make sure everything worked after the first trip. The Geek Squad was out and upgraded our WiFi system and modem and installed Apple TV. I would have given them more stars if everything had worked properly after the first visit. Unfortunately it didn’t and they had to come back out to diagnose the problem. Turns out the modem BB recommended for us didn’t work properly with the WiFi system they recommended. We replaced the modem and spent quite a bit of our own time getting everything to work. It’s working now and is a big improvement over what we had previously.

The tech who came to our home for the set up of this product was extremely kind and professional. He was patient and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service he provided. On time, too! GREAT service!

I purchased geek squad pkg so they connected my sound bar. I super happy I did too because first I didn’t have to do anything. But more importantly I had an vizio sound bar Sony tv and xfinity cable. There were issues getting the sound bar to work with the xfinity remote. But their guys new exactly what to do. Me and hubby like own remotes so I got him another I couldn’t program it. Xfi couldn’t even help said wouldn’t work. I called geek squad and in seconds it worked. I definitely wrote code and steps down
