The agent installed my sound bar, letting me know what was taking place every step of the way. He even went the extra mile, cleaning the area around the TV of loose wiring (TV, cable, etc). He also explained other options that could be tried to improve the sound for me. I am 75 yrs old and hearing impaired, so this meant alot to me.

The Geek Squad connected my sound bar and surround sound speakers to my existing TV.

The initial set up was done by two young "Geekers". They set up the TV fine, but were at a loss as to how to connect it to my older Yamaha surround sound system. Another person came out who installed the additional cable adapter I purchased, but he couldn't get everything to work. The next rep was excellent. He found the problem, explained it to me in plain language and told me what equipment I needed (a new Tuner/Amp). He came back after we purchased the new amp and did a terrific job installing it. So the first Geekers rate maybe a two, the next one a three, but Tyler rates a 5+. The average is 4!

The Geed Squad did an outstanding job. Really knew what they were doing and took the time to make sure we understood how to operate system.

The two Geek squad agents had previously installed a TV for us. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. They remembered us. They do excellent work.

The Geek Squad reps did an excellent job setting up the soundbar we purchased with our new 65" SONY TV.

We had 2 techs set up TV and sound bar. They did not explain in detail how they work with multiple remotes. Also switchi ng from LG channels to cable channels. We are not sure if we need a new remote. Help! We need a new customer service educator.
