There is no way I would have been able to install and connect my new home theater system myself. The Geek Squad came in and did an excellent (and quick ) job, and made it look easy. And I have not had any issues whatsoever with the system since. I don't know why anyone would choose to install a complicated system themselves, and not have the Geek Squad do it, particularly given the relatively inexpensive cost associated with the service. What I paid was well worth not having the aggravation I know I would have experienced had I chosen to tackle the installation myself . . . .

The Geek Squad that came to install our New TV were great and helpful with showing us the different options on this TV. They also came and installed the Soundbar and we had a few more questions which they (gladly) helped us with. The were very patient with explaining the remote and channels we were wanting to locate on this Smart TV. They had it all set up just like we wanted. Thank you Geek Squad for such Great Customer Service.

The agents were able to get my audio set up, but a minor error was using an outlet that is connected to a wall switch so if that switch was off, the audio did not work. The switch was on when they set it up so I didn't realize this until a few days later and was initially confused as to why my surround sound speakers only worked periodically. A new agent was sent out to trouble shoot the issue, but he wasn't experienced enough to determine the problem rather a friend was able to figure it out. Good job on the initial set up, but not so great for the agent who was sent out to troubleshoot the error.
