No real impressed with the guy that came out originally. I ask him to be sure & chg out cable but he did not & so after 3 or 4 days starting losing the sound from new sound bar which by the way was a replacement for one that we had bought from Best Buy less than 2 yrs ago that had same issue. After spending over 3 hours on the phone getting passed around to 7 different people trying to find someone that could or would try to help me, I finally got a man that stayed with me until we at least scheduled for someone to come out & fix the problem!

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad agent who set up our sound bar. He was quick and efficient and showed us some ways to make the sound even better.

The guys that came to install my home theater knew exactly what they were doing and took there time to answer any questions or concern i had

connected ok. took 3 appts before getting someone here. do not accept 3rd party service.

So far so good. This was installed/connected to sonos network. This has been a welcomed change from the previous play-fi i was using before

Victor and Team were awesome again with wall mounting and two sound bars installations.

The Geek Squad returned to our house to complete the audio set up in order to improve sound quality. We were very satisfied with this additional cable.

The guys set up my soundbar and made sure everything was perfect along with education is on the use of our soundbar. They were patient and so professional.

If you’re going to mount it . Let Geek squad do it. They will make sure it is centered and level.

Hired a Geek Squad to put this together and he did fantastic job not only that went through few tips to use it without going through manual. Was impressed.

The Geek Squad Staff had to dig a little deeper and make some adjustments to reconnect my sound bar. I thought it was going to be a ‘no brained’ for them and something I should have been able to re-sync myself, but I’m glad I scheduled a home service visit.

This service is great especially if you can’t fit your new tv into your car. And they set it up for you too and remove your old one and all of the packaging.

Very good not good at all from Best Buy itself Six times they cancel my installation appointment Best Buy told me I would be compensated- nothing yet Best Buy lies to me about 6 times before installation

My husband and son took 3 days trying to get our Bose soundbar connected to our Epson projector. The Geek Squad took 20 minutes and it was connected.

Browns games about to be off the hook! Great sound!
