The Geek Squad were very professional and friendly. The set up the tv and soundbar and when they left we were all set up.
They answered all our questions without hesitation and in a friendly tone.

I can not praise the Geek installers enough for the work they did at my home. They took apart my old system pieces and put in new ones that made the system much more efficient and able to handle up-to-date technology. They were so friendly and explained what they were doing during the installation, and always asked for my preferences. They were on time for their appointment and cleaned up all the packaging before they left. Best of all they were able to remove miles of wiring that was no longer necessary. They were fantastic.

Geek Squad installed our TV & Sound Bar. It was complicated
because husband uses earphones. The guys hooked things up fine.
After a few days we noticed that the sound didn't sync with the
lip movement of whomever was speaking, so we called Geek Squad to see if there was something we could do to fix it. They set up an appointment for in-home fix which took place a couple of days later. They knew exactly how to fix it. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD!!
