Really appreciative for Geek Squad!

They installed everything very quickly and went above and beyond to not make any kind of mess. We have built in speakers in the walls and for a long time the subwoofer setup into these speakers wasn't working. The Geek Squad crew noticed this issue, was really dedicated and investigated where this wiring went and figured out how to fix the wiring setup. I really appreciate everything they did, they truly went above and beyond here!

Just ok

Were great with their cleanup but could not fine the remote to this product after they left. Nice that they had put an app on my phone which helped but menable instructions about how to use it.

I love that the sound follows the direction the TV is turned to so that we can clearly hear it when in another room
