The agents were great at keeping us up on when they’d arrive, actually more then prompt but early!
Allowed us to clean behind our stove before putting it back in place.
Polite, professional, pleasant and a joy to have in our home, would welcome than back anytime, but hopefully not too soon, we appreciate our appliances working thanks.

My husband leaves electronic stuff to me, however since I have a broken leg we needed someone else to hook up our TV/audio and other electronics this time. Clint B. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things clearly. Made sure everything was working as it should before he left, ran set up on the TV, connected to network/internet, was very convenient service at this time. The first TV was defective and he knew it as soon as he turned it on, he is very up-to-date with the TV models they sell and external equipment that you have.

I couldn’t have asked for a better installation team. The knowledge of the team was great. They actually sold me on other solutions (that i purchased), while performing the install. This is definitely a benefit they should keep under thr total tech program and not charge extra.

Damon exceeded all expectations!! Not only did he adjust his schedule to accommodate my needs, he was courteous and polite. I could have made it through the hardware portion of the install but his expertise was highlighted during the setup and integration between the TV and soundbar. He executed settings adjustments and conducted a tutorial that completed the Best Buy purchase experience! Damon is an huge asset to the Best Buy work force. Thank you!!

We were quoted cost of $50 but charged $99.99
Also, told us the subwoofer was not working and told us to take it to Geek Squad - We have TOTAL PROTECTION - Geek Squad was HORRIBLE - this was summitted on another review - we have heard NOTHING from Geek Squad as a follow-up
Would have reservations about using Geek Squad ever again - at lease in the Harrisburg East Store
