Did a nice job....got me up and running in no time

Joel is my Geek Squad Hero! I’m very frightened by technology and using all these components really stressful for me, I would have had 3 remotes to use. Joel thought ahead and brought along two universal remotes to show me! I chose the larger of them because I could see the buttons and fingers fit better. He synchronized all three components and was soo patient with me as he explained how to use it before leaving. He even came back a few days later just to check on how I was doing. Money well spent.

Setup my new LG tv so that it worked with my Sonos system. Got the indoor antennae working and showed me how to cast pictures/video from my phone.

The agents visited and did what was expected with professionalism.

The skill installing the sound system to the TV AND the Spectrum cable system and interfacing all of the controllers together, then training us thru showing and then having each of us show him that we understood the system and could operate it or know how to get ourselves out of trouble! This person was exceptional in his training and abilities and exceptional in training the customer and not leaving till he was sure we would do well! There should be at least 1 or 2 more stars for this Geek !!

Having them mount and hook up my sound bar was fast and easy and mounted and set up perfect.

Grat Help when I bought the speakers for my computer. They work great.

Grant was a great technician! I will request him for any future needs. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He fine-tuned both televisions and the remotes. He set up the living room remote to send signals through the wood doors on our TV cabinet so we no longer need to leave those doors open, giving a much more finished look to our room. You won’t be sorry to spend the extra money to have Geek Squad do your setup!

Once it finally was set up and the sound was going to all the speakers.

Problem solved. Adjusted speakers found a faulty wire. Works real fine, lasts a long time

After installation he was unable to get the sound to my wireless headset to a level that I could hear comfortably ( I'm hard of hearing and need the headset to hear the audio well) I was, and still am, disappointed in the volume. I talked to Samsung Tech. support and they insist that's it's possible to get the volume raised although I'm too illiterate (Electronic wise) to follow their instructions so I guess I'm stuck with what I have

The agents reprogrammed my sound bar and showed me the manual controls.

II love the sound bar but I did not need the woofer Box. It actually made the sound much too loud.
