I had it all working when Rich arrived to verify my install and set up the Sonos mini subwoofer. He then went over the phone app and adjusted the sound outputs to our liking. He is thorough and is there to make sure we're happy with it.

From the Geek Squad, got the sound bar and subwoofer working much more quickly than I had expected. He worked hard, had the knowledge, and the expertise he needed. Plus, he had the patience with me. But the bottom line, he did his work and did it well. If I need additional work on my electronics, I will definitely call the Geek Squad, set up an appointment and let them do their jobs.

The agents delivered and setup the TV and sound bar. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. A week later I accidentally pressed a button that removed my Suddenlink app. I called Geek Squad and they were able to remotely control the process to restore my app. AMAZING! I ALWAYS purchase the Geek Squad protection for my items and I've used it on several occasions throughout the years. It's peace of mind for me because I'm NOT tech savvy.
