The guys were great and did an amazing job! Very happy!

The Geek Squad got our printer back online and we were up and running in no time. They also paired the sound bar to my TV and remote taking the frustration out of watching TV again. Their techs truly know their stuff and for senior citizens that is a blessing.

The 2 Best Buy installers were professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt there was no problem that they couldn’t solve. It was fun chatting with them during the installation and they seemed to be very concerned about the quality of their installation. Very nice job.

The installers who came to my house were great. They installed my soundbar, showed me how to use the remote control, and were out in 45 minutes.

The service that she provided to my elderly mom was phenomenal , the patience and time she shared with my mom is amazing! I am so impressed as she did not hesitate even moved furniture to accommodate installation etc! Just a delight and Professional that should be recognized!

The Geek Squad agent was great. Exactly on time, knew how to fix the issue with the universal remote and got right on it. He was friendly, super professional, asked and answered a lot of great questions. He also made sure that we understood what he'd done and how easily we could repeat it to make all the elements of our home entertainment system work together. Really good experience!

I consider this part of my Premium Service already reviewed. They guys from Geek Squad did the connections of my audio equipment (my 7.1 surround system) and my blue-ray player, once the new TV was installed on the wall. They ensured all equipment was properly connected and operating. They provided a demo on how to use the new voice remote control to do TV functions, and operate connected equipment. There wasn't anything they did not show me. They were great!

Arrived on time. Notified us in advance of arrival time. Very quick turn around time. Professional and knowledge. Made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked. Highly recommend the Geek Squad for all services.

The tech did a great job of delivering & connecting the sound bar. The only problem was that the optical cable can't be removed from the TV. Had to take the TV to Best Buy, they could not get cable removed either. Best Buy did provide a cable at no charge, they did not want to try to removed the cable from the TV.

He got my surround sound up and running and was very helpful in his tutorial of how I need to use the remote control
