The technician was friendly and helpful but because I needed a cable I didn’t have he was unable to complete the installation. Carrying that kind of equipment for sale to customers who need it would be helpful a would save the need for a return visit.

I am about as unhandy and untech as is possible so I always have things installed. Before Geek Squad I always had things installed and it was hit and miss. Sometimes they were excellent, sometimes not so good. Every time I have used Geek Squad they have been excellent and explained everything very well. They seem to sincerely want to know that you understand what they are doing and how things work. Never rushed. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad.

The agent was very helpful in getting a new TV hooked up and teaching us about the different way to load apps. Unfortunately he was not able to get the sound bar to work and we thought we were going to have to purchase a new one. But I was able to do a work around and it is working fine now with the old sound bar. We do have to use alternative sources of remotes to access sound.

The set up for my sound bar was impeccable. They explained everything to me so that I can understand how to use it. They even set up all of my settings for me and took their time to explain everything I would need to know.

The Mediacom man disconnected my sound system when trying to replace my cable box and didn't reconnect all of the cords. I no longer had the beautiful surround sound that you installed for me. Your crew looked at the mass of wires behind my equipment and were able to reconnect everything. They were very nice, certainly knowledgeable, and efficient.
