The Geek Squad rep was prompt and worked hard to try to get my Bise sound bar which I purchased from you two years ago, to connect with the smart TV. He worked for about 1.5 hours and tried everything but was unsuccessful. It worked briefly but quit and did not resume. He even returned again toward the end of the day but again was unsuccessful. I gave up and ordered a new tv from you but changed my mind before delivery.
Later I decided to delete the Bose app on my phone and reinstalled it. It immediately recognized the Bose 900 soundbar and now the Bose system works perfectly. The problem was with the Bose app. I am not dissatisfied with your service, your employee was sincere and worked hard to solve my problem.

Being a Best Buy Total Tech Member. I have had The Geek Squad has come to my mobile home on several occasions to connect my home devices. Most of the time Free of Charge. I don't know who I would call to get my home devices installed.

The technician didn't use the inculded microphone to set up the system. He had done 2 set up on mono. I went back and set the whole system using the microphone and on screen instructions, I found 2 speakers out of phase! After a few hours it sounds great. I fixed zone 2 to 2 channels. I feel like I over paid for your service that I had to redue
