Most likely, I could have self upgraded to Windows 11. I fully trust the Geek Squad team knowing they would go over and beyond assuring everything was integrated fully. The scheduling set up was seamless. I was kept informed along the way regarding the arrival window. The onsite technician was professional handling any additional questions I had.

The agent verified that my PC was compatible for Windows 11 and then did the installation. Once done he checked to make sure everything worked as it should and that I completely satisfied.

It was great having in-home service on my Lenovo ideapad. Victor was very thorough trying to fix the many problems I'm having on line and in the store. Unfortunately, he was not able to keep my lenovo from crashing. As he recommended, If his efforts to fix the crashing and other gliches, I will bring it into the store and have you save the data and repair the system. I have been unable to do without my computer for a week recently, but I will bring in next week. The problems are worse than ever.

After 4 attempts to have my printer work with my computer, this time it was able to be resolved. It was an odd problem but thankfully the Geek Tech stuck with it to the end!
