Geek Squad came out to install out new printer and in the process cleaned up my desktop. It is working so much better and faster. I had accumulated a lot of junk and I am so happy it is gone.

The tech that came out to check my computer for a virus was very thorough. He took his time to make sure everything was ok and kept me up dated on what he was doing. He made sure that I didn't have any further issues or questions before he left.

Jonathan came to my mother's home to tune-up both her and my computers. He was thorough, efficient and quick. He explained things thoroughly and answered all of our questions. I really appreciate the time he took to explain computer concepts to someone who doesn't really understand it all. He was friendly and not at all condescending. The Geek Squad installed a new computer. At the time of checkout, I wanted to use my gift card from Best Buy along with my Best Buy card and regardless of how the Agent put in the information, it would not accept my gift card which was upsetting as that was why I was going for a new computer.
