The numbers on my lab top didn't work after a windows 10 update. Geek Squad tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job getting me up and running again.

Excellent attempt. But, I am still having issues deleting programs and making more room on the disc.

The Geek Agent was knowledgeable, professional and quick. All my issues were attacked and resolved quickly.

This was first of Geek Squad installation of switches and routers that I had purchased. The result of this visit was a second visit to install eero. Eero has been excellent for network stability in connecting to various devices over a large square foot area.

The agent even advised how to obtain a lesser rate on my internet cost.

I am not a tech-savvy person and appreciate having a professional to help with my needs!

This review relates to purchase of "total tech" Geek Squad Support. The support is great, except it takes several days from our call to get a service date, which is unacceptable when the call relates to retrieving wi-fi service to TV, printer, etc.

Remote control Tune Up is not with the store that the item is purchased from. I would prefer to speak with someone from the store that I purchase my items from.

I didn't use this service. I guess you don't like reviews that are negative.

Not fixed, still needs to be repaired by someone that knows how to work on a Mac.

Very pleased with the home service from the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad technician was professional and completed the transfer of all my older computer data onto my new computer in a very short time. Very happy and new system working great. Recommend service.

The Agent worked on both of our computers at the same time. Updating, “defragging”, making them run faster, checking our virus protection, etc. He was quick & professional. Being TotalTech Members, we could have dropped off the computers at the store and had all this done for free, but we don’t mind paying a nominal fee for in-home service. It’s worth it!

Our tech was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He ended up helping us choose a new computer, as our old one didn't have enough speed for windows 11. We went down the same day, and picked up our new Dell, and and now we have 2 working computers, 1 much faster than the other.

Agent set up my printer to work with my phone and laptop. He even helped with cleaning up my laptop. As well as I could not get my TV to work right. He was very helpful. I wish I had called sooner for help.
