Not Strong enough to even give the basic channels

The salesperson in the store apparently did not know enough about them to give me more information and I didn't know enough about an indoor antenna to ask questions. I guess I relied to much on the salesperson to be knowledgeable enough about the product to ask me questions about the area that I live in and what I expected to be able to watch.

Posted .We could certainly understand how frustrating it must have been to get home after purchasing the "right" antenna, only to discover it wasn't picking up even the basic channels. We're disappointed to know that this is the case and I'd welcome you to return to the store and speak with a manager to discover other antennas that might work better for your area!

poor quality after the sale! and Install
