The 2 person team arrived and immediately began removing my old tv from above the fireplace. Very quickly the old was off and the new tv was mounted and working. Very worthwhile service!

The installation was flawless. They were able to use my existing mount from my prior TV. Hooked up all my devices and insured everything was up to date with the firmware.

Those installers really know what they were doing when I’m out of my television in my living room they use the level, very professional, and I would use them again I would also recommend them to friend hope this helps

65" TV mounted over mantle. I would recommend having installation by experts. Geek squad arrived on time, friendly but professional. Spent time needed to instruct us as to features and how to use remote, etc.

The mount was on large stone fireplace above stone mantle. The installers were friendly and very knowledgeable. The install was completed in an efficient and timely manner. It looks and functions great.

The geek squad came and mounted my tv above my fireplace and hooked up all necessary wires that I needed. When they were finished they made sure everything was clean and neat.

The agents mounted my TV and made sure it was working before they left. However, that evening we learned that HULU LIVE was not on the TV. They came back the next morning with a Roku Express.

The individuals from the Geek Squad who managed the mounting of our TV set over our fireplace were professional and personable. We would not hesitate to enlist their services again should we need technical assistance.

Adding an extra $99 cost to the already charged $199 for mounting is excessive, especially since it was not the high above the floor, but as soon as the sales person heard me say it was above the fire place it was this fee had to be added.

The agent that mounted 2 TV's next to each other on and exterior brick wall did an excellent job. The TV's were perfectly aligned and at the height I suggested.
