The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Although this was a TV and soundbar installation re-do from previous time, it was completed to our satisfaction.

I thought about doing this fireplace myself but after watching Marcus and his crew do this job I am SO happy I had professionals do the job for me. Well worth the money.

The Geek Squad personnel installed my new Smart TV quickly and made sure the mounting bracket worked well and was easy to move. They were friendly and showed up as scheduled.

Victor and his partner installed and set every thing up for us very fast. AT&T has NOT installed internet or cable for the TV yet (one month now). So I don't know if everything is working.

The agent came out and was able to mount the TV in about an hour and made sure everything was working which was very helpful as I am my mom's tech support for anything technology related.

We didn't want to take a chance on 1) damaging the old and the new TVs; 2) damaging the glass mantle Never a worry -- have the Geek Squad do the work and know its all done correctly. Thanks guys!

Awesome service, geek squad mounted my tv above my fireplace with ease. They were careful and made sure to clean up after themselves. Would definitely use geek squad again to install.

Mounted TV over Fireplace and also connected Surround Sound system. Extremely fast work and then took the time to calibrate the sound system so everything sounds perfect.

Two Best Buy workers came and installed my new 65" flatscreen. They clearly knew their business. They installed it efficiently and did a nice job. A little pricey, but fine work and I'm satisfied.

Squad was very neat, very professional in mounting TV over fireplace. Used booties on shoes, drilled over a baggie so as not to make a mess. I was very impressed with how helpful and clean they were.
