The mount was on large stone fireplace above stone mantle. The installers were friendly and very knowledgeable. The install was completed in an efficient and timely manner. It looks and functions great.

The agents mounted my TV and made sure it was working before they left. However, that evening we learned that HULU LIVE was not on the TV. They came back the next morning with a Roku Express.

Mounted TV over Fireplace and also connected Surround Sound system. Extremely fast work and then took the time to calibrate the sound system so everything sounds perfect.

Geek Squad did a tremendous job for me...from initial consultation to full install of two tv's, sound bar, A/V receiver... Very competent and highly professional!

The agent came out and was able to mount the TV in about an hour and made sure everything was working which was very helpful as I am my mom's tech support for anything technology related.

Victor and his partner installed and set every thing up for us very fast. AT&T has NOT installed internet or cable for the TV yet (one month now). So I don't know if everything is working.

The agents installed five of my t.v.'s and did an excellent job. I would recommend the Geek Squad , they are very professional and very nice people to deal with.

Adding an extra $99 cost to the already charged $199 for mounting is excessive, especially since it was not the high above the floor, but as soon as the sales person heard me say it was above the fire place it was this fee had to be added.

We didn't want to take a chance on 1) damaging the old and the new TVs; 2) damaging the glass mantle Never a worry -- have the Geek Squad do the work and know its all done correctly. Thanks guys!

Excellent serviced rom Geek Squad. They installed my new 65 inch and older 55 inch TVs in my new place. They were efficient, nice, respectful , And they thought me on equipment.

Two Best Buy workers came and installed my new 65" flatscreen. They clearly knew their business. They installed it efficiently and did a nice job. A little pricey, but fine work and I'm satisfied.
