The agents mounted the tv above the fireplace and connected all the other devices. They connected all the devices behind the tv and made sure that we were happy with its placement.

So glad we had the Geek Squad mount and set up our TV for us. They made sure we understood everything about the TV before they left. And were very patient and knowledgeable for all questions!

The agents were professional . I thought they may have some difficulty replacing the 55 inch TV with the 65 inch TV but they replaced the TV in less than 5 minutes.

Squad was very neat, very professional in mounting TV over fireplace. Used booties on shoes, drilled over a baggie so as not to make a mess. I was very impressed with how helpful and clean they were.
