They did an awesome job. They were done really fast. Everything worked perfectly the 1st time with no issues of any kind. I was very happy that after they finished they took time to explain all the products & were truly concerned if I had any questions or concerns. Will definitely use Geek Squad again in the future & would recommend this service to everyone. Two thumbs up!!

The geek squad crew was very professional and courteous. They mounted and connected my tv on a stone/brick fireplace with xfinity equipment. Recommended products for a more clean install. Very knowledgeable and professional with their work. Very happy with their service and I know if I have any issue Best Buy stands behind their products and service

Bought the Frame TV from Samsung and the Geek squad installed it above our fireplace. The picture is great and we love the artwork when we are not using the TV itself. It is flush mount, now wires or gaps. It looks like it was build with the wall. I added the black bezel to the Frame and now it looks even more like framed artwork when the TV is off.

Nick called ahead and let me know he was 15 minutes out within his appointment time. Entered the house and asked me how I wanted everything laid out, measured and went right to work. Efficient and skilled. I had living spaces assembling a sectional in the same room and he was curtious and performed respectfully. If your in Palmdale or Lancaster CA Nick is the person you want. He did excellent work that is aesthetically clean and neat.

Mounting our TV and soundbar over our fireplace was difficult because there was no stud to connect the system to. The Geek squad brought their best installer onto the project to ensure the TV and soundbar were safely and securely mounted to the wall. He mounted our new TV and sound system safely and securely.

Installation went smoothly, the Geek Squad rep picked up our 65" tv like it was nothing, very strong husky man. I am happy with my tv, install and mount. Only critique is contractor wasn't properly dressed for the job, his belly and butt crack showed when he moved. Not that I or hubby was staring, just we got extra when we didn't ask for it. Thanks.

Terrence and Marcus were excellent at installing my tv, surge protector and Harmony remote. Even when we hit some glitches, they did not stop until it was completely satisfactory, even if it meant returning for a second time to complete the installation. They were fabulous and patient with this “dinosaur” who struggles with technology!

Magnolia did a spectacular job! There were a few issues during the install and Covid made it worse but theinstallers and techs kept coming back until they got it 100% correct. A most impressive system!! Just ask any of my friends and listeners!! LOL! I have had many theater systems over the years, but this tops them all!!

Tv hung exactly as I wanted but the person refused to answer questions, assist with using new wireless headphones or explain how to use new products/tv. Stated that was not listed on delivery to assist with that! I purchased the Geek Squad annual service and was told at the register they could answer all my questions and assist with new product use.....that didn’t happen.

We have a newly built home and decided to have our new TV, etc installed by the Geek Squad. Besides not being satisfied with the color and clarity of the new LG TV, we had to have our electrician come during the install to cut another outlet in our new wall due to the bracket configuration. We purchased the cover kit for the cables, but there were insufficient pieces included leaving us with open ends which look terrible. GS told us we could buy the needed pieces at Lowe’s but that proved not to be the case in the size needed. Finally the cables we purchased were a foot or so too short to install the system in the correct position, your next longer set was like ten feet longer. We ordered another set from another vendor and were told by the GS that we could contact him and he would swap them out, but after multiple texts and phone messages left with no reply to either after two weeks—I am not pleased.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

Technicians did a great job installing my large TV over the fireplace. They had all tools and equipment needed to do the job. No issues with the work they did. My issue is that Best Buy charges extra to mount above a fireplace? This is not a stone fireplace with other obstacles. In my case there's a mantle and flat drywall to a 9' ceiling. This charge should be modified depending on the job.

Geeksquad did an excellent job mounting my new 65 inch 4K Sony TV on the wall on top of the fireplace. They also use cable molding to hide the cables well. TV was set up to be adjustable on the mount and came out well. Geeksquad showed up on time with giving us 30 minutes heads up and did a great job setting and installing the TV. I will be utilizing Geeksquad again for other projects like this.

These Guys were great after we had a horrible experience with Someone else who came and did not know how to install. I will not be using Geek Squad or Best Buy again after that experience but these two guys who came to finish the job were much better. Best Buy charged me twice and are currently bouncing me around call centers to get refunded.

Ken cam to our home and did a great job. He was very professional. He connected our Direct TV box behind the tv and it’s mount so nothing would be seen. Ken used a blanket to lay everything out on and cleaned up after himself taking Everything away with him. He also set the tv up so that we only had to use the Direct TV remote and not the TV remote

Bought an 82" QLED. Didn't want to hassle with the install so I hired the Geek Squad...best investment. They were very professional. Quick on the install. They made sure that they didnt get my house dirty by laying blankets all over my floor and wore booties coming in and out. They cleaned after they were done and Vic walked me through the whole installation.

Awesome service from the tech guys that installed our TV above a fireplace. What would have taken us a couple of hours they came in and did within 20 minutes. They were friendly, professional and left our home without leaving a mess. I am so glad we spent the money for a professional install.

Geek Squad agent called the night before our appointment to confirm everything. He gave us details and a window for arrival. He was actually on time!!! He installed everything, gave us instructions on how to use the equipment, and cleaned up his mess. A lot of customer service isn’t very good anymore, but his was outstanding!

The guys took down my old TV and hanger and mounted my new TV with its new hanger and reattached all the devices including my ear phones. They were on time, called ahead, were polite and knew what they were doing. No hesitation, the job was quickly done. I would recommend them to everyone. Great job.

The Geek Squad mounted our new tv over our fireplace with minimum hassle and no mess. Tv is almost flat against the wall—-no ugly mounting hardware. Cords are hidden. Additional speakers installed—-great sound and unobtrusive. Really opened up our room. Friends say the Tv “ looks like it has always been there.” Geek Squad was terrific in all ways.
