This was a third party outsourced company based in Chattanooga, TN. They sent two men who installed both my TV and this stand. They were both extremely courteous and respectful. The stand came in dozens of heavy parts and small hardware, including large glass sheets, and I never would have been able to get it together. They got it done in less than an hour, and it is very well-assembled.

The two young men were on time, called ahead, came in and got the job done. I could here their banter as the efficiently worked together as a team. I appreciated their professionalism in the actions and words. No tacky slang etc that people seem to think is ok. I would have them back for any installation project needed and highly recommend the Geek Squad!!!

This service in wonderful and a god send for those with limited time and/or that are not handy with putting furniture together. Got this included as part of total tech and couldn't be happier with it. Got a large TV stand assembled win a timely manner with no frills. Highly Recommended!

The Geek Squad was perfect the last two gentlemen that I have come to my home next time I need the geek I will request them both I only remember the ones name his name was Deb and then DEVL I and I hope I'm pronouncing it correctly but he was a perfect gentleman he make sure everything was working in perfect condition hats off to you I hope you receive some type of recognition for the job that you're doing you're doing a perfect job

The agents were able to install a washer and dryer that I had bought, they also assembled a TV stand that I purchased as well. They were very friendly and professional. If you work 8 or more hours a day and would like to come home and not worry about having to install or assemble anything then “The Geek Squad” team is your best option to go to.

They had to assemble a TV stand. They had the parts organized on the floor in a productive way. It didn't take them very long and they cleaned up the floor where they had worked. Next put the TV on it and everything looked and worked great!!

The young man that put the chair together for me was outstanding - very pleasant and very efficient. He also did not hesitate to put on a mask when he saw I was wearing one.

So accommodating and wonderful customer service. Not only did they set up my television but they also took about 1 hour to assemble my new television stand. Love it and sturdy and I know it is done right. So easy to have Best Buy assembly and not spend hours trying to do it myself. (bad experience with myself spending at least 8 hours to try and figure out pictures with directions) :)

The geek squad set up my tv and connected it to all of my devices. They also assembled and set up the tv stand. They hauled away my old tv. They were very professional and friendly. They kept in touch on their arrival time. They did a great job.

The install of my new TV was very professional the person explained every question i had asked. Cleaned up all boxes and paper. I thanked him.

The agent removed my tv stand and returned it to Best Buy. He assembled the new stand, connected all the parts back in the tv, WiFi, and sound bar and made sure everything was in perfect working order. He was very personable and did a great job while taking all Covid precautions. I wa extremely happy with his service.

I was very pleased with the service I got from the Geek Squad representatives in assembling my TV stand. They worked with care and got it done in no time. They even hooked everything up so I could immediately watch my TV. These guys were great.

The two guy from the Geek Squad were very nice. They put together the console quickly and then attached my cable box, Blu-ray player, and Xbox. After they were done, they made sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. Well worth the money!!

The guys were great. Put the cabinet together very quickly and professionally. Being a Total member made this even greater. The assembly was free.

The tech who assembled the tv stand was very knowledgable and did a great job setting up this item. He took his time to make sure it was done correctly.

We were very pleased with our furniture assembly. The Geek Squad members were extremely professional and prepared to do the job, which was completed in a timely fashion and perfectly. They were also conscious of accommodating my need to leave by a certain time for a doctor's appointment. Now that I know that the Geek Squad assembles furniture, I intend to use them again!

The Geek Squad team put together my TV stand really efficiently. They were also patient enough to let me vacuum the area (which had been under the old, very heavy stand for several years) before they moved it to the exact spot that I wanted it at.

The agents assembled our TV stand and set up the TV. They initiated the remote for the TV as well. After installing a Roku stick they initiated our streaming services. They were efficient and very helpful for we seniors. We are thoroughly enjoying our LG 65" TV!
