Workers were great late but they were able to assemble the tv stand I order reason why I paid for this service was I tried to do the assembly myself but the tv stand broke apart the price is way too high though

The geek squad arrived 5 hours late, brought my TV up and said it would take too long to assemble, (I paid extra for the assembly)accused me of being hostile and just left without assembling my console

"0" star's my item was damaged ! It's been a whole month, I never thought I would get serious like this from BEST BUY . I've always ranted & raved about BEST BUY, now this transaction has stained my experiences. I always speak highly of BEST BUY. I've been waiting days for my assemble, no call no show. Then received bad service over the phone & in person. Hours of wait time on the phone. At this point I'm overwhelmed with it all. My item is damaged & badly assemble. The young man said , they're only paying us $50.00 , what did you expect. God knows I want this all behind me.

The tv install was fine and organized. The furniture box was very damaged on arrival. They struggled to put it together. One of the shelf’s ended up being cracked. They have yet to replace it Best Buy is the worst at customer service.

The 2 agents assembled my Costway tv stand in lightening speed! Worked together, were professional and made sure stand was sturdy, everything was in order before I signed off! Would definitely use them and recommend them! Worth the hassle of doing it yourself! Sit back and watch or go about doing chores!

The Geek Squad were so helpful in setting up my TV stand and getting my existing TV connected to my existing soundbar and the internet. Neat, professional and thorough. They verified that I was happy with installation and working of tech before they left. I've used them before and I'd use them again.

I thought the delivery and assembly was a bit pricey, since they only had to deliver it 7 miles from the store (though it turns out they actually came from another store about 1 hour away). Nevertheless, the gentlemen that delivered and assembled the sideboard were wonderful. They were very nice and professional and did a great job of the assembly, even making sure to show me everything when it was completed, opening and closing the drawers and doors to ensure they all worked properly. They also cleaned up the area they worked in and took all the trash with them. I could not have asked for a better delivery and assembly experience.

The team that put together my new console did a wonderful job. They fed the cords through where needed and left me with a beautiful piece of furniture... I couldn't be happier! Oh, and they also cleaned up everything and left me with nothing to do but enjoy everything.

The Furniture Assembly gentlemen were perfect. It was so worth the purchase to have them put together my new unit. "Walker Edison - Transitional TV Stand / Buffet for TVs up to 55" - Walnut" They were in sync with each other and knew what to do to get it put together in a short amount of time. I usually put furniture together myself but after my husband passed away and had to move the TV Stand was a gift to myself. No regrets on that purchase and no regrets for paying these gentlemen to assemble it. They gave me tips on how to take care of it too. Thanks Best Buy! I am sorry this review was delayed. I purchased the unit in July 2019 But just had to review it and the service!
