Needed a bigger tv stand for our 65 inch TV. This was perfect for our needs. Geek squad assembled stand in less than 1 hour!

I needed help in getting the box into my house and could not do it myself. The GS agent arrived on time, brought the heavy box into the TV room, assembled it quickly, and removed all the packaging. He knew what he was doing and worked efficently.

The agents assembled correctly the tv cable that I had trouble with. They also connected my new tv. They were friendly and courtesy.

I purchased a large and heavy Salamander Design TV stand, a LG OLED 77" TV, plus a 43" Samsung UHD TV. A 3-person team of John Perez, plus Will and Tepe, arrived at my home and within less than 2.5 hours had assembled the TV stand and installed both TVS. Tepe even walked me thru setting up each TV, took the fire stick off one and put on another, and took time to answer ALL my questions. I was totally impressed with their team work and professional attitude and knowledge. Best Buy will receive all my future business!!!

Entertainment or Office Furniture Assembly was efficiently handled. It was quick and the change of concept worked out better for my apartment.

We all know what a pain it is to put furniture or equipment together, but we try anyway because we save a few bucks. Well let me tell you, the geek squad simply know what they are doing. They are quick and clean up after themselves and do it right the first time. It was a joy not to have to fuss with it.

The agent worked quickly to assemble my stand that I purchased for my 65" TV. Once he completed the assembly and put the TV on top I realized it was and ideal fit!

The agents were great! Great communication before arrival. They had my cabinet (with a million pieces lol)put together for me and placed it where I wanted in a timely manner. Very professional and had friendly conversation during assembly. Would highly recommend them.

The assemblers did a good, thorough job putting the furniture together. Some of the doors are a little skewed (rub a tiny bit on an edge, but we don't use them anyway), but that's not any worse than what I could have done and I haven't gotten around to making the minor adjustments to straighten.

Rick (and one other Technician) arrive right on time and got right to work. I cannot compliment them enough on their thoroughness, professionalism, and efficiency. They were both just awesome, and very pleasant, too. If you purchase anything from Best Buy, move, or just need someone a little more technically able, I would call Geek Squad for assistance in a heartbeat.

TV console was assembled quickly and looks great in my living room. Very happy!
