Ben from Geek Squad did an outstanding fixing all our computer & wifi issues. He was very patient explaining things we didn’t understand and promptly fixed all our issues.

The techs first installed my Century Link modem then hooked up all the devices to the new network. Then set up my new computer and everything worked perfectly. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny

Geek squad was very professional, polite and safety concious. They were quick to diagnose the problem and fixed it almost as fast. He then proceeded to install a new router and modem. He made sure all my streaming devices were working before leaving.

Jurgen , did a great job. He checked to make sure that everything was working in the house. He got it touch with Comcast so everything would be on line. He explained what he was doing. He told me what to do to up date my old lab top and now it works perfectly.

The agents set up my wi-fi system and it is fantastic! Javon and Alex did a great job. Very professional!! No issues, everything has hooked up with no issues. I will be a tech member for many years to come!!

Agent Justin set up a NEW modem and it was seamless. Everything worked fantastic! So happy to have a consistent modem working without having to reboot.

the geek squad arrived checked out the current set up and what needed to be done then proceeded to set up the new system. they did their thing then checked the connections and functions and asked if i had any questions. they explained it well and now i'm set.

We have used the Geek Squad numerous times to install items purchased at Best Buy and to repair covered lap tops, phones and other equipment. Nothing but the customer service we have come to expect from all Best Buy employees and the Geek Squad (no matter the store location) know what they are doing, complete the task in a timely manner and are always professional.

My Geek performed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything works fine.

The best part about this was I should have trusted the in-store recommendation who said I wouldn't need this - but I bought it anyway. Come to find out, the Geek Square agreed: I didn't need it because the powerful mesh system worked fine without it. Returned to the store without any issue.

The installer was very knowledgeable and made the cutover easy using our existing ARRIS modem/router and eliminated the need to install a new modem which was proposed for this installation.

The new wifi/router is working great. Better than Comcast's equipment, and I don't have to pay Comcast for it anymore.

Super nice technician. Able to resolve problem with my printer and resolved problem between printer and internet. Very different service than my experience on line. I have always had great service in home.
