The Geek squad technician's arrived on time did everything necessary to install and upgrade my new Wi Fi system probably, We are enjoying the upgrade. Thanks.

The technician set my computer and will fi in a professional manner and explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand great tech. I believe his name was Sean or Shawn.

What a bargain! Not only installed our new printer but also sorted out some of our other equipment and networks.

Agent James did two things: he set up a new printer/copier/scanner and he connected up our router. He did excellent work and everything is working well.

My agent got my printer which was giving me trouble up & running. Works great now! He also linked my laptop to the new Net Gear device so I can connect.

The agent connected the Add-On Home Wi-Fi, assured that the Wi-Fi was working as it should.

We used the Geek Squad to set up our Blink Camera system to run through a new router separate from the router we use for our internet. The Geek Squad person was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to us and set up the Blink camera system too - we requested that as part of the service appointment. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Outstanding work by Ken Hill to install my Starlink and reestablish my Orbi Mesh system

The new network system gives me one network for all of my devices instead of having to use an extender in parts of the house. Has been much more reliable to date.

Geek squad installed the new add on Wi-Fi box to allow hard wiring for all my TVs.

The only reason I didn't award 5 stars is that we had finally gotten enough Internet to get this set up correctly. Josh was very responsive and helpful, confirming that we hadn't done anything wrong on our end. (We still weren't getting good Internet service even with new equipment.) We were glad to have him get the modem set up, as Xfinity doesn't make it easy to connect with a live person. This installation took much longer, but it finally worked. We were urged to contact them again if we couldn't resolve the Internet gaps in service.

They did a good job. They did have to do it twice because of a faulty device. They did come out and fix the problem. It works great now.

Geek Squad did a great job reestablishing our Ring, the printer and many other devices to the wi-fi in s short period of time.
