    Super clean install. Mine my 65 OLED and installed in wall power kit. Even cleaned up after themselves! Top notch service.

    The technicians arrived on time and were pretty friendly. They did however they left big bulges in the drywall and chipped the side of where they cut the hole for the additonal outlet added. My fiancé brought this to the technicians attention who acknowledged the sloppy work but nothing was done to rectify the issue. We spend over $3000 on the tv, Mount, and geek squad to come install. The service work did not match the price!

    Geek Squad-- be careful that they conmpete the job

    The agents mounted two TVs, but only connected the soundbar for one. They did not even plug in the other. It was disappointing that they did not complete the job. It was like they rushed the second one and just wanted to go home. Pictured is the TV that they completed. They are good if you supervise and ensure they fully complete the job.

    I bought a device with in wall mount including the soundbar slot. The installer said the soundbar wasn’t on the order which didn’t make sense to me. Yet, he said he’d install the soundbar anyway. Instead, he just huge the soundbar and never added the power component for the soundbar. They also left was the original packaging that likely had the power for the soundbar I bought. Notice the third picture has now soundbar power - just the screw to hang the soundbar

    Stuck paying $490 to fix geek squad's installation

    The agent installed my in wall power extension on the outside of the wall mount. The agent did not explain why he did so and did not call my attention to it, and it was not noticeable because it was obscured by the edge of the TV. Recently, I went to raise the TV, and the in wall power extension is now visible from my couch, which defeats the purpose of the extension. I contacted best buy to correct the issue, and they are charging my $490 dollars to correct the agent's error because the product is no longer "returnable." I am a total tech member, which apparently means nothing to best buy when their error is the issue. Do not request an installation from best buy. And if you do, watch them like a hawk. My wall is severely damaged, and best buy refuses to fix their mistake.

    The people who made the delivery of the first and second refrigerator, left me many holes and damage to the wall of the entire staircase, the wooden railing, I have already made about 25 claims and still no one calls me to repair the walls of my house I have called several times and sent several emails, I have not received any response and my walls are peeling more with the damages caused by the subcontractors of the delivery and installation

    Power extension a no-go

    The power extension is protruding from my wall. I’ll cables and wires were supposed to be hidden behind the wall. Did not spend $447 and change for this installation to be poorly done.

    Whole in the wall

    The first team that came out was not qualified to do the job. They damaged our wall and TV. There was another team that came after that was able to finish the installation. But could not fix the whole in the wall or the molding that was messed up on the TV. 2nd team took pictures of damage.

    Horrible service , first time and last time for pay this service for installation of tv and wall , is not Best Buy, Best Buy send a a third company , is better pay to someone profesional from other company and respect window time and no cancel and delay the day for installation

    The agents were so experienced and truly professional. They took their time doing the installation. Honestly, it was one of the best home install ever. Best Buy Gerks rock. They answered all our questions and the installation was even better than what we were expecting. One of the Geek Techs had 25 years experience and it showed. It was so nice to have installers not only know what they were doing but took their time doing it. You could also tell they were very passionate about doing a great job. They deserve a rating of 10+. Thank you so much

    The Best Buy Geek Squad Agents mounted our TV's and connected all the devices. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They even wore shoe covers. Best service ever!
