The agent was professional, polite and efficient. The Small TV was installed in a tight place and it’s perfect for our guest bedroom.

I’m so happy I paid for this service, they were on time, bery communicative and friendly, patient with my questions, helpful, they made sure to ask abput the details (hight, centered, tilted lr not, which cables conected for extra devices, etc) and they also set it up, with their names for each HDMI and they even gave me a run through the remonte and tv, when they left I was ready to use every feature and enjoy!

This gizmo lets you run the TV and other equipment cables safely inside your wall and the final finished view is amazing... Not a single cable or extension cord hanging down from the TV...Take a look at the picture below. It is amazingly neat. Highly recommend.

The Gerk Squad that came out was super knowledgeable, professional and knew what they were doing. There's no way I could have done the wall mount and install of my tv. I understand now why you pay for the membership! Very happy with my TV on the wall and install!

The agents delivered and installed/mounted my new TV. Jeffrey and Ramon were very polite and pleasant to work with.

at first, i was dead set against spending this kind of money, for what seems like two plastic grommets to clean up the wall boring holes, but it turned out to be a secure, clean way of running everything together, and keeping it clean, tidy, and dust-free.

The agents were terrific because, lack of communication, they didn’t realize they were mounting my tv with power in the wall and they said no problem, we can do this. Little did they know that they would run into trouble but with patience and determination, they got the job done. They were great.
