The set up team took the time to hang up my 85’ tv and run all wires behind the wall with my mount package. Then they helped me set up the tv and cleaned up. 5/5 stars would recommend to anyone!

The Geek squad guys did an awesome job hiding my TV and hdmi wires coming out of my wall mounted TV. Their service is highly recommended.

I’ve always wanted to hang my tv on the wall but hesitated because of the unsightly look of wires. The wall conversion kit was recommended by a Best Buy agent when I purchased the large tv. What peeked my interest was the fact that I didn’t need to hire an electrician. I’m so satisfied with the result that I will install the same kit in my other residence. This coming summer.

Looks great and seemed to be easy to install with is great.

We moved our TV from a stand on a piece of furniture in the den to the wall above that and had Geek Squad do the installation (great job.) We also purchased the option to run the power and other cables through the wall and down to the floor behind the furniture so you didn't see cables running down the wall under the TV. Simply said - great job installing it and no cables visible.

Installer showed up on time, installed properly, and Item works.

Electronics is not my field of expertise, but the geek squad was absolutely wonderful!

always had geek squad install my any of my TV & surround sound system at my home. they do good quality install and have not had any issues or problems after installation. looks professional and installed quick.

Works fine they drill holes insertet the caps an slid in some plastic because my hdmi was too short had to order longer hdmi's n optical cords but when i got them tapped them to the plastic n slid them trlhrough job done wire hidden

The installation teams that Best Buy has are absolutely professional. They arrive when they state they will. The are very friendly and when they are done ypu know how yo use your product and the area is clean as you would hope.

These guys were very professional. They came in, unwrapped the new TV. Took the old one down and took it away. They made some adjustments and hooked-up my DVD, CD player. They knew what they were doing. Michael was the main tech and he was very good to work with. He is an asset to your organization.

The Geek Squad was great a knowledgeable. They were able to install the in-wall power extension behind the tv, hiding all cables out of sight.

This was a decision to have a cleaner look for our 85’’ TV and surround sound setup. The only problem was the Geek Squad would not complete the install as there was a cross brace between the studs in the wall. Problem solved by an electrician in 5 minutes.

The contractor did an awesome job of installing everything. I was in awe of how for things have come through the years. It was interesting to watch and I learned so much. He was very polite and answered all my stupid questions without getting irritated. He explained everything he was doing, and tried to make me feel comfortable about drilling holes in my walls.
