Started them out with a 75" UHD Samsung, Bose 700 series soundbar & bass module, and in-wall hidden wiring on everything. They did great from stem to stern, made smart choices, coordinated everything wonderfully, made alternate suggestions to my original plan that made the outcome even better, were exceptionally informative - not only about all of my purchased items, but also about items for future purchase (already have been back for the suggested surround speakers). The installation was done with care by true professionals. I was happy with the quality and how well they respected my house. They took the time to clean up and left the room as it was prior to the installation.

I used my TotalTech to install a large OLED TV on my great room wall, Sono’s sound system, and Xbox X, re-install my Fire Stick, entered by subscriptions, configured, synchronized all my systems and I could not be happier with the service. Totaltech and the Geek Squad team members are worth every penny. They took their time, listened to what we wanted, offered meaningful suggestions, and pointed out equipment I bought that I did not need. Managed the returns and optional extras for me, so I did not have to go back to the Marks Street store, which is across town and a hassle with traffic. They respected the property, cleaned up after, took everything away including the old set, and gave me a direct number to call if I had any questions and issues post installation. I would recommend Totaltech, Geek Squad to anyone, good plan, and great technicians, and I am one that does not like or go for plans, a waste of money, Totaltech, Geek Squad is more than worth it.

I’ve always wanted to hang my tv on the wall but hesitated because of the unsightly look of wires. The wall conversion kit was recommended by a Best Buy agent when I purchased the large tv. What peeked my interest was the fact that I didn’t need to hire an electrician. I’m so satisfied with the result that I will install the same kit in my other residence. This coming summer.

This product allows all the clutter to disappear and works fine. Installed without any mess or trouble. Highly recommended!

Very good!! I highly recommend the service. The technicians communicated with me and clean up after the TV was mounted. If you want the wires hid behind the wall be sure to get the In wall wiring kit and add the In wall Power Extension to your order. You will not be disappointed.

These guys were very professional. They came in, unwrapped the new TV. Took the old one down and took it away. They made some adjustments and hooked-up my DVD, CD player. They knew what they were doing. Michael was the main tech and he was very good to work with. He is an asset to your organization.

This kit makes it look like our tv is just floating on the wall. Easy to install as well!
