The network extender device was not easy to connect.

Horrible, No tech showed up on the scheduled confirmed date. No one called me to cancel. I took time out of my work schedule to get this done. Epic Fail. Called to complain and reschedule. Got some foreign service reps that did nothing to help. I was told a manager was calling me to address the matter. I'm still waiting. Epic Fail.

Charged me before even coming out & then you didn’t even come to my house to start the job. Every time I call you I get your slow computer directory that just send me to your 800 number. After finally get a hold of someone to do the work you said you wanted another $100 but You didn’t even come to my house to start the job. Very weak performance.

System running worse after the agent left. Now they can’t be reached to come back and fix the problem. Not worth the money.

Geek squad install it but it what salesman said did not do so bought something that is not helping

I have relied on Geek Squad support for a number of years now due to my home-based business needs. This is the first time, however, we ever took advantage of on-site support. The agent was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable - more so than the tech support provided by my data provider.
