You get 1 star because it works. Process is terrible. What you're quoted in store and what they charge you with when your done... much different. Cost went up an additional $400 due to store incompetence. Never would I have used BB to install anything had I known upfront the amount they were charging. Don't believe a word they say... OH and they charged $99 to deliver the product they had to bring out to do the in-home install. Make sense of that

Horrible, No tech showed up on the scheduled confirmed date. No one called me to cancel. I took time out of my work schedule to get this done. Epic Fail. Called to complain and reschedule. Got some foreign service reps that did nothing to help. I was told a manager was calling me to address the matter. I'm still waiting. Epic Fail.

Charged me before even coming out & then you didn’t even come to my house to start the job. Every time I call you I get your slow computer directory that just send me to your 800 number. After finally get a hold of someone to do the work you said you wanted another $100 but You didn’t even come to my house to start the job. Very weak performance.

I have relied on Geek Squad support for a number of years now due to my home-based business needs. This is the first time, however, we ever took advantage of on-site support. The agent was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable - more so than the tech support provided by my data provider.
