There is a glitch in the use of the system that needs follow up. The tech left his phone as an input to the receiver and it keeps coming up in the middle of music playing. We cannot get it out of our system. I wonder if anyone from Geek reads this and can follow up.

I cannot get product to work,
Sonos was supposedly installed and connected to speakers
in my home but when I try to use it it tells me it
is not connected ?????
I either need a different connection or a different product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
