somewhat poor - first it wasn't the Geek Squad but contractors - they didn't seem like I was a valued customer - and a couple days after they left the sound bar was cutting out, it was just very briefly but that is what the problem has been all along

The tech that came to my home for install, is from a third party of Best Buy. And he did connect to the wrong input behind the TV. Another tech was then scheduled to come back to install correctly.

This was the worst experience ever. Best Buy assigned the installation to a third party and it was a total nightmare. Missed appointments; changed appointments, that I never requested. Their answering service is a total joke and no one knows how to fix the problem and sincerely don’t care to fix it. You call and you get someone with either roosters on the background or having a party will taking to them. There is absolutely not desire to help at the Geek squad counter at the store. It took me several trips to the store and finally the salesperson that sold me the equipment requested someone from geek squad to come out. It took literally 6 weeks to install to TV and sound bar. I forgot to mention that the 1st people that came out and brought the TV and sound bar, arrived one and a half hours late and were not able to install the TV due to a screw they over tighten; They don’t take it back so I had to go to the store and get a new one. I will never use their services aver again. Not worth the frustration. But your stuff and pay a local handy man.

Still waiting on installation, 3 weeks later. They just called and canceled after coming out and. It being able to do the job 2 other times.

The Geek Squad techs were amazing. Logan and Kat made the process easy and were very friendly. They knew the technology so well and bent over backwards to make us happy. Highly recommend.
