Agent set up my new computer tower in our home office. When the transfer was done there were several programs that were missing and all of our photos were missing, but there were over 200 photos of some other woman. There were two more home visits before everything was working.

The home Geek squad tech. did not demonstrate or finish setting up the new computer. I had to call the Geek Squad to go on the computer to get it done. I still get and alert the HDMi2 is not connected, which I don't what that is.
