The installer that came to my home to install my new computer seemed to be in a hurry. She kept on saying she had another appointment. She had to call someone to help with the installation. I did not mind that, but I did not like that she resented any question I had, because it took her itme.

The agent helped to set up new desktop. Was knowledgeable and professional. Also on time.

The tech from Geek Squad arrived on time and was here for about an hour installing my new laptop, mouse, etc. and syncing it with my current desktop. He answered all my questions and was a big help.

I have the Best Buy Total Tech Membership which allowed me to have a Best Buy technician come to my home and set up my new HP computer. Plus the computer was delivered to my apartment door which I greatly appreciated with the Total Tech Membership. The only downside in my opinion is Total Tech is WAY OVERPRICED considering I paid $199.99 plus tax for only one year. If you are buying a product from Best Buy and are technically inclined and can lift the product you buy, I would recommend not buying Total Tech in order to save your money. Best Buy has another warranty option which is far cheaper and has up to three years of coverage. But they do not deliver or set up your new product with that coverage unless you pay extra.

The Geek Squad representative, Sam was professional, friendly and competent. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly and answered all of my questions.

Jada came to our home and set up two computers and a printer. She was very thorough and patient with us. We would highly recommend her.
