Geek Squad agent did a nice job. He was quick and efficient.

Per the front desk of the assisted living facility, they arrived at 9 am, per their notes they arrived at 12:30 pm, they were scheduled for 2-6 pm. I called 3 times the same day only to be told they will be there between 2-6 pm as scheduled only to be ghosted with a no show. 4 hours waiting and 2 on the phone. It has now been 3 days and I am still in limbo where I cannot cancel or reschedule.

Again, the Geek Squad did not show up for the home appointment.

He came out two times and my two new computers are still not matched up.

Set up an appointment with the geek squad for the day after Christmas back on November 29 two days before Christmas. They get a call saying that they’re overbooked went to the store talk to a supervisor said he’d get back to me and of course they never did geek squad leaves a lot to be desired.

The Geek Squad did well. The set up was without data transfer. The computer was working fine. The later problem we had was due to data transfer. Microsoft 365 was in a different name from the user of the computer.

Don't know how you stay in business. Never heard from anyone

Sam was incredible. He was very patient with me and trying to transfer my files from an outdated SLOW computer to my new one, He was fair and honest which I appreciate. Thank you!

The tech who set up our computers did a fine job and was quite careful to explain what he was doing and why. Things are working well at this time. I scored a four because of the great difficulty I had getting answers from the Geek squad scheduler as to why my appointment was being delayed and how he was going to address the situation. Reaching him was also very difficult due to the very poor automated phone system employed by Best Buy. While I am happy with the Geek Squad service, I cannot say the same about Best Buy.

Agent Austin worked steadily and hard for over three hours just getting our two new (Best Buy purchased) Asus computers up and running (friends had messed up the first try), so we were grateful and pleased. BUT we were all three (my wife and I and the agent) sort of out of gas by then, so agent departed. Since then, we have realized we need a lot more instruction in making efficient and timely uses of our computers. We are now over 10years retired from 45 years of academic teaching, when we kept up with the changing technology for computers etc, but we have fallen far behind. We will need to call for an agent to visit again, and instruct us in using the new computers.

The young man who did my service did an efficient and thorough job. After many attempts he was able to complete the hook up and get my equipment working for me.

I have already given my agent an outstanding review online for setting up my Samsung tablet and troubleshooting a problem with my husband's laptop. He was beyond excellent.

He was great and very helpful. Made sure I knew how to do what I needed to do after he left I think his name was Eric

This 2nd geek tech was able to resolve the locked screen and set up issues. Although there was a protracted wait after the original tech could not solve the problem, the job was done efficiently and effectively by this geek. Thank you!

The agent not only installed my new computer but added a program I had wished for during the initial setup. Then he showed me how to use it. Service above and beyond!
