Professional and great service to an old computer. It is now up to date and working well

Purchased new gaming computer from Best Buy plus the added tech support through Geek Squad. New computer had an operating issue which could not be corrected online. The tech that came to the house did a great job something that I could not do, so well worth having Geek Squad.

Brought computer in one and the next it was fixed. Windows 10 update locked out my mouse from working. In just 24 hours the fixed it to my surprise.

Chad was very supportive and helped me quickly. Though he could not fix the problem, he downloaded Windows from the computer and then came back to reinstall WINDOWS. Took time but was patient in doing so. KUDOS to Chad.

Boo Hoo. First geek, great guy magnificent work. Was to return but called to say he hurt his back and had to be off work too long to return. Second Geek a dud who said he could not work more than 10 minutes on service call. He never sat down at a computer. Hope he was not paid.
