We purchased Geek Squad installation for my in-laws who are in their 80s and very intimidated by technology. The technician was extremely patient and kind and spent lots of time answering their every question and making sure they were completely comfortable before he left. He was an excellent communicator with them and with us!

I really liked my little Blink! security cameras. They worked very well. I was unable to keep them though as my husband refused to pay the WiFi bill and I couldn't afford it myself.

Was having trouble with my computer and they fixed me up great!

Agent Gilliam recommended and installed an Orbi Wi-Fi router system to resolve signal strength issues with my Ring security devices. This system was much improved over my previous Wi-Fi router device. Signal strength is much better now. I was very impressed with Agent Gilliam's expertise, knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone having Wi-Fi problems.

As always the tech was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, however for the first time we had difficult time setting up an appointment. It was cancelled twice and then had two appts. to set up to install the computer and printer.

I knew I needed technical assistance to setup my universal remote because I had a complex setup for my TV system. I was fortunate that two guys showed up together and they worked on my request for over 90 minutes. Additionally, they figured out a way to stabilize my WiFi issue that enabled me to stream movies without buffering issues. The service was awesome and well worth the $100 service fee.

The agents were very competent and trustworthy. They set up the Orbi and now my computer runs faster. The reason I gave four starts instead of five is that we all neglected to remember the printer. I have been struggling since then to get the computer to "talk" to the printer. Customer service at Hp is no help because my warranty has expired.

Geek Squad Add-on Home Wi-Fi Setup was completed, and the agents did an exceptional job.

Purchased a new modem replacing Xfinity and a signal extender. As with most things electronic, the installation met with some issues associated with Xfinity which were overcome by the Geek Squad installers. It was an excellent experience.

Great sound easy of installation . not to big fits nicely on tv stand

Ashlyn knows her stuff!!! She came in and diagnosed the problem, fixed it quick, and explained everything beginning with what the problem was and ending on how she fixed it. She was VERY professional and courteous. Great individual!!!

I had the Geek Squad set up my home networking and they did an excellent job. They made sure that both the main network and the guest networks worked together and explained all necessary information. Agent Lincoln especially seemed to have a strong knowledge base on what would work best in my situation. I really appreciate all the agents and their professionalism.

The geek squad came in to hook up a new TV. I purchased a home WiFi extenders day then upgraded to a Netgear Orbi WiFi system with a main hub and 3 extenders. The team integrated my Bose surround sound and speakers, my computers, my TVs, tablets and I love it’s consistency. Great job, GEEK squad.. worth the money spent for this service

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful . Everything works great.

Network was established and all activities performed as required.

I had the Geek Squad do all the setup for new system - 55" Sony 900E, sound bar with woofer, blu-ray player, network cables, new modem and new surge protector. They answered all my questions on site to my satisfaction. When I had some issues (that were the result of my Internet provider not doing their job correctly), they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone.

The Geek Squad representatives were excellent. They arrived on time, worked well together to install my Ring doorbell and helped me set up the app connection on my phone and computer. They were respectful and made good use of time. This is my second Geek Squad encounter and I would recommend the annual service contract to my friends.

The gentleman that called to set up the in-home installation was great and explained the true process and what to expect from now on. The people at the store even after a lengthy explanation of what I needed to be done, just took my money and he was done. However, had they explained the process like the other gentleman had, I would have said thank you but I cannot pay that kind of money.
