Double Agent David from Geek Squad did as I asked in regards to turning off Frontier's Wifi. Have a new Linksys WiFi router from BB I prefer over the Frontier dual modem. Contacted Apple support for my Airport Extreme Time Capsule issues. I guess that would have been another $50 charge. in and out in about an hour.

I am not sure what is different from the set up, but everything went well and the tech was very friendly.

The agent who came to our home to set up our computer, monitor, printer and Wi-Fi was nice; however, he was unable to download Microsoft Office. It was quite the hassle to get help with it after he left. After making the first call, I was told that the Geek Squad could not help us because it wasn't ordered from Best Buy. Well, it was suppose to be when the IHA came and took our order for everything else we purchased. I called again, and was transferred to another person and then another person. And finally someone was able to help; although, I think he was from India and I could hardly understand him with his heavy accent. So, needless to say, our first experience with the Geek Squad was not a good one. I honestly cannot say if I would recommend this service.......time will tell.

DeWayne McInnis from Geek Squad completed my original install. He was quick & efficient. He patiently explained how my new equipment operated and gave me some troubleshooting tips. Great representative for Geek Squad & Best Buy.

So frustrated with tech issues regarding tv, streaming, and sound system. Geek squad were wonderful! Solved all problems, explained issues, answers, on time, and courteous and respectful. Highly recommend!

Geek Squad came in to set up three televisions and they did a great job. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. This was an excellent team!

Came out to hook up my printer and computer but my hard drive was trashed had to go back to the store and buy a new one, which I did. But the guy was very informative. And explained everything to me.

Great unless they cancel your install with a voice messag and they do not help you reschedule This is very poor service when they do this!

Agent set up and made sure all working well. Evaluated the functioning of on site technology and advised its functioning and value. Determined placement of the WiFi equipment for maximum usage.

The team that came to do this install were great. It is obvious David is an expert in his field and a nice guy as well. Stormi was also a pleasure to have in my home, I would highly recommend Geek Squad!

Agent got me registered with Netflix. It came on instantly. I was happy to have this service and would not have been able to do this on my own. It was quick work on the part of Geek squad agent.

I had my computer lock up by a scammer who told me they were Microsoft ( they weren't). I was afraid they put a virus in my Mac but The Geek Squad remotely cleared it all up and got me going!

Purchased net laptop, wifi router, Microsoft Office, etc. To ensure everything worked properly I purchased additional support. So glad I did as installation went flawlessly. I'm a real Geek Squad fan for life,
